The 2018 MnCA Annual Conference will kick off on Thursday, October 11th at the Shoreview Community Center with a half day Pre-conference “The Journey to Starting a Private Practice” by Amanda Cornelius. This will be an evening event from 6:00pm-9:00pm. 3 CEUs!
October 12th the Conference will be held from 8:00am-4:30pm at the Shoreview Community Center. This year’s theme “Navigating Your Professional Counseling Journey” will have many topics to choose from throughout the day to help guide you where ever you may be in your career. EARN UP TO 5.5 CEUs!
Keynote speaker will be Rebecca Aadland MS, LMFT, NCC. Rebecca has been a featured speaker and performer at many conferences and events over the past 15 year.

Amanda Cornelius, MA, LPCC, ACS started the Wellspring Group 10 years ago with the hopes that it would become a group where private practice owners could have great autonomy and thrive according to their unique visions and goals. Rebecca Aadland, MS, LMFT, NCC is a dynamic presenter, experienced psychotherapist, licensed teacher, professional musician and board certified MFT supervisor. She has been a featured speaker and performer at many conferences and events over the past 20 years and has appeared as a consultant on Fox 9 News. Her multi-media workshop, “I’m Miserable Because of You”: UNDOING THE BLAME GAME has been a popular continuing education training program for mental health professionals and has been presented in many cities since 2013.
